Sweetness by scott reich–a single for the heart’s joy

I experimented with this song by asking my nephew to listen to it and share his feelings with me. He is a 10th grader, and to give you an idea of his background, he is not exposed to instrumental music that much and almost never hear international musicians barring sometimes trying to figure out why I keep playing such music in my car.

And surprisingly, this is what he replied back to me:

“I loved this music ( Sweetness) very much because I heard it with my closed eyes and it gives me some positive energy. It feels like that I got victory from a huge trouble. I also like the another music i.e. Voices of the Earth by Scott Reich.“

Excuse the sentence structure, but I wanted to keep it that way to let it sound original–a boy expressing his feelings in a non-native language about music without knowing the musician.

This is the second single of the series that Scott is working on. He told me that this series is inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh’s theory of interconnectivity of the whole world, and it is no wonder that the music inspired by such a universal idea could touch a boy’s heart who is uninitiated in the art.
