Together–A Poem Inspired by Shambhu Vineberg’s Song
This is a poem inspired by the song of the same name by Shambhu Vineberg from his album: Sacred Love. The amazing flow carries you to a distant world of your own imagination. A beautiful song!
This poem is an expression of what I felt when I listened to the song had some spiritual imagination. Please do write in the comments section if you feel like moved by it.
There is no video available on YouTube but you can listen to the song on Spotify to superimpose the words on the music.

Together
While deeply engrossed in a conversation with somebody, I have felt that snapping realization of being a witness to my own activity.
While worried and buried under the burdens of daily problems, I have felt that relaxed nook of my being where it is all still.
While severely perturbed by the losses and elated by gains of this worldly existence, I have felt that comforting assurance that everything is under the divine order.
It has never been possible to forget the Self and let the life flow mindlessly. It is not strange to say that in those moments of perfect solitude, I have felt a constant companionship.
Even if the entire world decries your presence, I won’t change my conviction. My Lord, you and I are always ‘together’.
